Episodes
Klog på Sprog is DR P1's programme about the Danish we speak every day, hosted by Adrian Hughes. These are ten episodes from spring 2023 where I am credited as tilrettelægger, the editorial role behind each programme: shaping the angle, researching, and preparing guests together with the host and producers.

The DR internship
In 2023 I was an intern at DR P1, working as tilrettelægger (programme planner) on Klog på Sprog. My contract was for 13 hours a week, but in practice I worked full time. When I spoke about it in Akademikerbladet, the story was taken up by several outlets. DR began a review of its guidelines for interns, which ended in a settlement and a thorough clean-up of the systematic exploitation of university interns. DR had chosen unpaid university interns over journalism interns, whom it would have had to pay. I am proud that the case paved the way for these placements to go more often to actual journalism interns.
